We stayed at the Pullman for two reasons: 1) my mum lives 5 houses down on Mitre St and 2) the lagoon pool !! The pool lived up to expectations... it was AMAZING!! The water was a warmer temperature than we would have liked, but that cannot be helped of course. Great pool bar - loved the Pina Coladas!! The sunbeds around the pool are fab, but they could do with more big umbrellas shading more of them... the direct summer sun is punishing! The apartment was nice, clean and comfortable. It would have been perfect had there been a second bathroom. When booking the accommodation through Booking.com we didn't think our apartment would be serviced, but it was serviced daily, which was a fabulous surprise! The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Huge property with lots of lovely palm trees that made it feel very tropical. Lovely food at the Aluco restaurant, the buffet breakfast was delicious. The pool area was huge. We had a golf view room and wasn't as close to the pool as I would have liked. The room was nice, a small shower but huge jetted bath tub which was great. I enjoyed a massage at the spa. Staff were accommodating, they let us use the pool after checkout. Great shuttle service in Port Douglas that will pick you up from your accommodation and drop you into town and vice versa for $7 / person one way.

It was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for a break away with the family. We had a 2 bedroom penthouse at the back of the property overlooking the rest of the resort. The patio area upstairs was perfect for a bbq at night and to just relax during the day or at the end of a day exploring. The penthouse had all equipment we could need for cooking our own meals. Housekeeping was discreet and room service fast. FOH staff efficient. Restaurant staff for breakfast were a bit hit and miss. Loved the water fountains to fill up my drink bottle with icy cold water

The bed was very nice, as was the bathroom and the toiletries. Breakfast was nice, but looked a little light on in terms of quantity. I enjoyed the Bircher Muesli, but felt like I could only take a small amount, as the bowl it was displayed ink was small to start with. The omelettes were great and very efficient way of ordering them. I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant one night, food was lovely thank you.

the room was great, they are comfortable and have everything you would need. the pool in our room didn't get much use as my family preferred the big pool and having access to the pool bar. I loved having access to beach for my morning walks and the restaurant for a coffee or a drink also.
